sorry, but love is a delusion… we keep searching for it but we will never find it

YOU: too bad you think that :) love is life. and quit searching. true things don't come your way if you seek them.

There was a recent post talking about 'love'. You might find the comments interesting.

Reading those writings on the wall, and looking at how things are running in Kuwait, makes me want to cry.

"Power" in the context of those words is an illusion.
The only real and truly powerful thing in this world is love. Love in all it's forms. It's the fabric of everything that is in this universe.

It is when people are overcome by fear of their own death and humanity, or by fear of their possible insignificance and being alone that they go for the idea of worldly power.

I'm glad to say that I have always found and had much love around me and in my life, especially at times when it most seemed I did not. I just needed to look closer. Love was always there for me even if it wasn't in the form I thought I needed.

P.S. Thank you for those amazing morning jazz moments in your previous post! Sij it was a deja vu playlist and your most excellent taste in jazz is mightily familiar hehe ;)

P.P.S. Ok, your comment moderation today for me is: "dontwax" LOL

MBH: ppl here R selfish & inhuman. what matters is what's in our hearts, not others'.

Ms. Baker: "It is when people are overcome by fear of their own death and humanity, or by fear of their possible insignificance and being alone that they go for the idea of worldly power." I SO agree with this. And what's even more important is, as you said, not take it for granted and be thankful for the love that we have around us regardless of its type i.e. platonic, romantic, etc. And about the music, well...that's one of the main things that's keepin' me bloggin' along :P looks like your comment moderation is a hippy! :P
