Eid is a Two-Way Street

The good side of being a 22-year-old working woman is that you get to assume an adult mode around children and thus, you can boss them around. The bad part is that you will never get your hands on that once ever-present 3eediya again. Oh well...

That is the point of no return… someday you will look behind you and ask, where I’m? Who am I? And you will never understand what did happen to you. it is a long journey dear and it just started…
Time is ticking and you will never get and second shot… depressing, I know! But that is the truth…

I only give my brothers ;) They usually begin their ever broken record about 3ediya from Ramadan till Eid. This year I threaten them, who ever asks about the ediya won't get any ;) They are still anticipating which reminds me gtg to the bank tomorrow ;P

My age cut-off for siblings and close family members in terms of 3eedeya age is 25, and my monetary cap for those around that age is 20 KD. Plus, I always make sure my 3eedeya is nice, fresh and bank note crisp to ensure and enhance the pleasure of my 3eedeya receiving beneficiaries (yes I know that sounds a wee bit like the back of a prophylactic box-sorry for that)

Which means I would totally have given you some 3eedeya ya Erzulie, you are still good to go for a little while yet in my book :)

ms.baker: wow, 25 (!) that's pushing it a bit...but i think it depends on the person. if you're, for instance, finishing up your masters at 25 i think a 3eediya would be thoughtful. but if you've been working for 3 years, well, it might seem a bit odd!
