i meant perhaps a grave which is marked something like " > 8yrs old ",, or near her foot, some sort of map she's stepping on (or the peace symbol, i dont know)
im thinking that would still be simple and straightforward, only you would emphasize on the relevance to the events that have motivated you to do this in the first place, rather than just comment on the individual herself
i think that benefits you (and us) in two ways:
a) leaves the opportunity open to "discuss" Rice over and over in drawing, because ur relating her to all the diff events that move you - in a negative sense (ya3ni if u draw another one of her next week, there will be yet another reference .. and another)
b) im thinking if u save these (which u should), they would constitute a very honest opinion if reviewed at a later point in time
which is why i urge u to 'keep them coming', because as im sure everyone agrees u have the talent, so why let it go to waste or make it a 'one time thing' if u can make it a documentation in a different (unique) form? i think ur the only one who's doing it in art/drawing

Temi: Hmm...yeah, well first of all, that is one long reply! I didn't want her stepping on anything esp. a country's flag...And keep them coming? Well, I don't know :P I popped out of the shower and was waiting for my hair to dry, so I just drew it. I don't want to go too much into the political realm because 1-Parental supervision & their (read: Mom!) worried state i.e. "...lat7i6een il 3ain 3alaich" & some other quote, something that goes like "khalik adeeb ya '3areeb" I'm sure I butchered the famous quote but you get the picture...I hope :))
